They look for things, patterns, habits, ect. that adults find too mundane to pay attention to. And as for dogs, once the landlord's Great Dane followed me down to the laundry room. When she got there, Her ears perked up and she started to growl at the celing, then started to whimper and ran up the stairs with her tail between her legs. This was a four foot tall dog, and you can bet I followed her every step of the way.

I believe so. After all Jesus says we must become like children to enter Heaven. Since Children are straight from Heaven, I think they haven't been corrupted by the world yet. They're still pure souls.

Not to the extent as seen in the media, such as horror movies where the children can see monsters that the adults cannot.
However, I believe that children DO have stronger psychic abilities, in order for them to learn from their parents and surroundings, and that every human who does not exercise this ability loses it over time, just like our muscles grow weaker when we do not use them.

Yes they can, we have been told that we can't do it and after time we believe it. Children are closer to the other side and still have the ability to see and hear them. Any one with very young children can tell you they hear their little ones talking to them when they go to bed. Animals can also see them as they haven't been convinced that they can't.

Yes, especially when they crawl into really small places! :)
But, yes, I know what you really mean, and yes. I know I did when I was younger. Unfortunately, I was raised Southern Baptist and was scared and prayed ferverently for these things to go away. Eventually they did, but who knows how things would have been if I hadn't changed it? (Grrr.)
