im a cheerleader, so of course i know HOW to do the splits...i just dont know how to get them down. i ask my coaches && team mates but they just say to stretch. i know how to stretch where you do them or only do them with oyur back leg out but is there any other way?
~please please help me, all i want is to get them, more than anything else in the world!

They are telling you the truth. Just keep doing them and try to get down a teensy little bit more each time. It will take months or more to get all the way down.

yea i use to be in gymnastics, and some of the girls couldnt do the splits all the way down, but i could , but i use to be very flexible but i think it depends on the person n practicing and stretching will help.
