Swimming might be the answer. It is probably the best exercise there is and you could do 40 laps of 25 m every day or 20 laps of 50 m.

To lose weight, there's no quick healthy way to get results. You just have to start using the knowledge you already have. Eat healtheri. Exercise more. Try figuring out ways of motivating yourself and try to make it a lifestyle change, not a quick-fix diet, which will never work or stick.

You weight 150? Thats seems damn fine to me. Remember you dont want to look to skinny cause than everyone will call you slim. HAHAHAHA I dont think you need to lose that much weight from where your at maybe 3 pounds or something

First of all how tall are you? If your 5 ft well then yes you could loss more weight, but if your 6 ft I would have to say no. Good Luck !

It all depends on how tall you are. But if you are a little overweight, 20 pounds probably wouldn't kill you.
