I'm a 5'9" 15 year old male. Recently I've decided to lose some weight and gain muscle mass, my ultimate goal, obtaining a six pack. I wasn't expecting to see results until at least a month but it's only been a week and a half into it and already I've went from 165 pounds to 153. I'm happy with the results but I'm not sure if this is healthy. The only changes I made to my diet are cutting out soda and fried foods and lowering the fatty foods as well as deserts. I also have a healthy snack whenever I feel hungry and have started to make time for breakfast in the morning. In the mornings, afternoons and right before I go to bed, I do a 20-30 minute workouts which include sit-ups, pushups, and exercises with 10 pound dumbbells. Although I feel great, I'm not sure if losing weight this fast is very healthy. My triceps look bigger than ever before, and I can finally do more than one pull-up for the first time in my life, but is it possible I'm also losing muscle mass?

For a male at 5'9 the ideal weight is 163 lbs so at 153 lbs you don't have a weight problem at all.

Your 12 lbs weight loss in a week and a half was too fast and there is a high likelyhood that you will regain it. If you do, so what. 165 lbs is ideal for a 5'9 male.

Weight loss has to be slow and steady if it is to be permanent. The rule of thumb is that losing 1 or 2 lbs a week or a kilo a week is ideal and anything faster is likely to be a temporary weight loss only.
