1st. Yes she is over weight. A 5"10 male should weigh 180 if they have a lot of muscle.
2nd. The solution is easy. Diet and aerobic exercise. No Saturated fat. If she has to have carbs. .. the carbs. should be complex carbs. like whole wheat bread or multi grain bread. She should eat things High in fiber. Oatmeal and ground flax seed.
3. She needs to do 35min of jogging or running everyday... if she wants to drop the lbs fast.

At 5'2 her ideal weight would be 110 lbs so she is very much overweight.
The Atkins diet might be a good way to get her weight down as it has a high success rate and you can get a whole book on it from Health Stores.
There could be health risks so a search for "atkins diet" + "health hazards" might perhaps be of interest.

Your friend is obese. She has a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 33.5. Obese is defined as a BMI of 30. She needs to quit eating so much and get exercise to lose weight.
She needs to lose about 44 pounds to get her BMI under 25 ( which is considered normal weight). She won't be able to lose it all in a month. It will probably take her at least a half year.

WOH! im sorry to tell u this but yes she is fat. Running a mile a day, doing squats and crunches. Eating healthy, no sodas or McDonalds. There is no way to lose weigh in less than a month, its impossible. I mean if there was a way then every1 wud b doing it.

Well she is overweight but losing a lot of weight in a month is not safe! She needs to eat healthy and workout....that is the only thing that really works. Be her friend and help her reach her goals. Just encourage her!

she could try the hip hop abs and look better than ever ! She should start loseing weight less than 6 days and she willl be able to exercise and learn the latest dance moves! + have fun while doing it

yes, 183 lbs at 5"2 is quite large. in order to lose fat, eat right, no junk food, or fast food, and eat in moderation. also do cardio exersizes, like runnning, walking, or jogging, something to get the heart beating.
