why do you always say we are questioning God? I have never questioned God, I have questioned man though.

If your heart is towards God, you will recognize the words of God:

"Jesus answered, "My teaching is not my own. It comes from him who sent me. If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own."
John 7:16,17

Remember the first thing the Satan did when he came to tempt Eve was to cast doubt upon the word of God: "Yea, has God said....?"

God has said.
We must heed Him.

I never said that.
I think a person who does not have questions about something as important and complicated as God, is not using the intelligence and free will that God gave them. He doesn't want robots that are programmed to choose Him. He wants it to be a choice that people make based on who He is, and what He has done . Would you want someone to choose you, out of fear, pressure or ignorance?
God said it by His spirit that one is drawn to God.
This means we accept Him based on more than just blind faith. When he draws us, He is trying to reveal to us that His existence and love are real.

It is not a sin to question God for things we sincerely desire to understand. Many of the Bible writers had their questions to God recorded for our benefit.

Your question will make no sense to those who believe random people writing a bunch or verses and stories over centuries and later little groups or panels of people deciding which of the verses and stories to include in one book is unfallible truth. Good question, tho!

I'm glad you have never questioned God, but I don't know the answer to your question.

I'll second that - God is perfect, man is not. He knows everything, we know comparatively nothing. It's not in our place to question.

Be more specific.

God chose who wrote the Bible, which means He knew they'd write the right thing.
