if so,can i keep it in the fringe?,im going to be useing Manic Panic Lightening Kit for EXTENSTIONS if i have some left in the container can i save and re-use,til next time

My understanding is that the chemical reaction that takes place for lightening to occur will not last for extended periods of time. However, you can use 1/2 of each of the components and mix them then store the other halves in airtight containers to use next time. DO NOT cover or store leftovers that have been mixed together, only those still separate.

i don't think it'll work. it loses it's potency after a while. Plus, keeping the solution after it's mixed could cause it to burst and it starts to really smell after a day. Putting it in the fridge might prevent that, but i'm still not sure how effective it'll be. However, if you just mix what you need at the moment and keep the rest separate until you're ready to use it, that might work. But you might still be better just buying another bottle when you need it again.

I don't think so, every kit I've ever used says not to save it 'cause it'll lose it's potency.

No. It will not be any good, so dispose of it and clean the container and utensils thoroughly.
