Autoplay for my SD Cards has been Disabled. How can I turn it on?

Basically everytime I insert these cards on my one computer the autoplay does not start. I change the settings to prompt me and apply them, yet nothing happens.

I do not have this problem on my other computer.

How can I fix this?

Check to make sure the card is not locked and that there is something on them.
