Highest possible EIC this year is $4716. With the numbers you show, your EIC would be $4716 on a joint return, $4414 otherwise.

The 1040A booklet is available at irs.gov. Go look it up.

By the way, the return is the piece of paper you file; I think you are asking about a "refund."
