lets see...southern baptist,seventh day adventist,catholic,,jehovahs witnesses,worldwide church of God,church of God international, episcopalian,lutherans. those are the ones i personally know of. there are probably more

Catholic is the biggest Some like Eastern orthodox,Anglican and World LutheranFederation have international federations and communions but not one really international institutional church like the catholic
