She is the mother of Mary, according to the bible, but does anyone know if she had any other children? I've heard also that she was unable to conceive (on wikipedia) But I've never heard that anywhere else. Anyone know? =)

I have never read where it tells us in the Bible who Mary's parents were. Where is that? Plus, Anne nor Mary were saints. That's nowhere in scripture either. The Bible says Mary was blessed not holy.Jesus was the only immaculate conception, biblically known.

Sorry, the name of the mother of Mary isn't mentioned anywhere in the Bible.

Nothing is known about the parents of Mary...even by Wikipedia.

Anne,Mother of Mary is not in the Bible
Anne or Hannah the mother of Samuel is in the Bible
The Proto-Gospel of James, not in the Bible, names Joachim and Anna as Mary's parents and has the story of Anne's infitility.
