If i have an iso for a ps2 game on my pc ( windows xp), can I play it on my ps3 without burning the file to a blank dvd?

PS3 won't play ISO or burned games at all. Sony had done it's best to prevent piracy.

You can't WITH burning it to a Blank Disc...
