I want to make my 11 year old brother look like a girl. What do i need to do it and how? Include everything! (makeup, clothes, etc.)

I'm going to take it that you're a girl, then you should have everything you need to dress-up your brother as a girl. Now, if you're a guy, then just ask some girls you know for help & tell them what you want to do to your brother & you should get all the help you need.

If you want your brother to hate you the rest of your life, go ahead. The day may come when you will need him, but he will blow you off.
If he finds this sort of stuff funny and can take the joke, then make it fun for the both of you.

well start off by gluing a wig to his head, add some foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick n nail varshin etc etc..
n as for clothing.......
.........um.....a skirt, a pair of high heels.
