you are a female all alone? This man looked very suspicious like on a mission. He had a serious look on his face and he was talking on the phone as he walked away. Could he be undercover detective or something?

His car was a light blue and his windows were limo tent. I didn't get the license plate because it was too far but I'm sure it was local from the colors.

I am very scared he'll come back.... I have membership to all kinds of bizarre websites.... do you think those people stock for their victims? I'm scared..

The only thing I could here him say is "yeah, we got the prefix". And then he started to agree with everthing on the other end with okay okay.

So nytrain? You think I'm NOT OVER REACTing to this? I should have called the police immediately?
You think I should have waiting online for about 25 minutes to tell what happened huh? Sure.. that's definately an emergency to them. Like they have time to rush over here when the stranger is gone. You're a damn genius.

Fear is a one word I had to deal with for too many years and situations.
It's based upon your imagination.
You say something about "bizarre" websites as a posible cause, but many a site is so, no matter you're not involved into illegal proceedings.
Actually, there are many menaces out there you don't even know.
Just learn to perform for self-protection.
When you find a way fight the menace, you'll feel no longer dreary.
Just make sure is something not in your imagination.
Besides, most fears can only be nullified by facing them.

Ask for help or tell someone else could be helpful.

Call 911, tell them exactly what happened.
In my jurisdiction, that is a "Prowler suspect there now", and the call is of very high priority.

It is possible that you are being stalked; the thing to consider is that if you don't call the Police and he comes back later tonight, what will you do then?

What the heck is going on here? Were you people not properly socialized during your youths, or something?

"911 NOW!" ?? The dispatcher is going to have to stop laughing before they roll a unit on a call like that....

We used to have to fend off vacuum cleaner salesman whom we *didn't invite* every day of the week, and belive me, they were *on a mission*, too.

The guy was probably lost, or if he's not physically lost then he's just lost a marble or two, or, he's playing a practical joke after finding out how tenuous your grip on reality is.

Why don't people worry about what's really going to kill them, like eating too much, or driving without a seat belt?

Call 911, lock all the doors and windows. Keep yourself, your children, and pets in a locked room with no outside walls. Load your firearm and if the person enters your property without your permission, aim center mass and fire until the weapon is empty.

it is a possibility.... if you are scared, i would recommend carrying some pepper spray. It is very inexpensive and best of all, it is legal in most states for a woman. also, if you see him again, call the police.... hope this helps....
