I just called my boyfriend and a girl answered his phone?

I ask her if he was there and she said no and I said ok and hang up but now I am wondering if I should have ask her who she was because I think he has another girlfriend judging by the way he has been acting lately.Do you think I should call back the phone and ask her who she is? I need your advice please.I am 18 and he is 21.

Sure, call and ask. Just remember it could be someone like his mother, sister, female cousin, neighbor, etc. Just because it is a girl doesn't mean he has a new girlfriend, but if he does, it would be nice to know sooner than later.

You could just say, hello, I just called looking for...and I know he wasn't there, but do you know where I could reach him. I'm his girlfriend and I was hoping to find him.

If they believe they are his girlfriend they will probably let you know right then.

Hell yeah, you should call back and ask her if she answers again. Immediately. It sounds like you have a problem in your relationship no matter what she says since you have already been wondering if he has another girlfriend. You can't be with someone you don't trust. There are times when you must be "nosy" and do some investigating in a relationship since cheating could lead to your getting an std or something worse. Come on be smart and call back, make sure you are not putting yourself at risk for heartbreak or worse.

Don't be so quick to assume things...It could be a relative.

If you do confront him about it dont jump down his throat about it, you might consider saying something to this affect

I called your phone earlier and a female answered. I'm not implying that it has just been on my mind for a while and has been bothering me.

i would call back.... cause who is she if he is not there and she has his phone???
Does he live with family? Could it have been a sibling or family member?
Even if it is then call back and ask.... and if it is another gf then you and her can talk if she is open to hear what you have to say...
If you dont then you are going to worry about it all night....

i think u should call back to see if she answers...if she does ask and if she asks u who u are tell her yur so and so's g/f...then i would break up with yur b/f if this is true because there are greater men who would appreciate u because no girl should be treated like TRASH!!!

Hmmm....if you have the patience of a Saint, you can wait and ask him who the girl was who answered his phone last time you called...OR

You could call back and say, "Hi, I'm ______'s girlfriend (your name), and I know you said he wasn't there right now, but could you please give him the message that I called?

Then, you could say..."Umm, who are you?" (Close your eyes and pray she says..."I'm his sister visiting for the holidays!")

girl, knowing me i would i drove to his house to find out who picked up that phone....just wait a few minutes and call him back and then ask him

just make sure its not any of his family members...

If you want to know, call and ask "Is this Susan? (make up a name). Many people will say, "No, this is Jane." (then you know)
