No you are not right. As a matter of fact India is extremely tech savvy. Ask Bill Gates, all his freaking call centers are in India. They are better educated than a lot of Americans.

India has television, and a very active movie production area nickname "Bollywood". Some Indian films are really very good. We were much better off without television, and most movies, and a great percentage of books, and the news, and the media, and the false teachers and hypocrites in the bully pulpits of the televised right.

India's turning into one of the next superpowers, along with China. They've been becoming industrialized lately. You can still see beautiful temples there (they're really pretty inside) but India's losing it's religious nature in general.
