unless your actually in a relationship...
always say your love life is bad... say girls are never into you and you dnt no y... if she starts giving you reasons why girls would be into you... then your in.

as a girl and personally speaking,
it could just be part of a conversation i want to talk about and it doesnt matter if you're a guy or a girl, although i always and always end up talking about this when im around another girl, if im speaking to a guy sometimes im really hoping he doesnt just end up thinking what you have, im interested in knowing more about you as a person and your life - because its a very ordinary thing, honestly its a conversation i feel i could hav with anyone who seems like they are able to, i find its very sweet and interesting. ( :
it might also mean she is potentially interested in you but there might also be other more flirty signs.

She wants to know, if you're seeing anyone, and that's she's interested in you.. but if you have to ask what girls mean when they say these things.. how on earth are you ever going to date anyone...?????

Well both of the questions are actually asking the same thing really.
I'd say it could mean one of three things.
1) they fancy you, that's why they want to know if you're attached.
2) they think you'd be great for one of their single friends.
3) they were just making small talk.
