Pull up a command prompt. Type format c: /s

THIS WILL DESTROY EVERY FLIPPIN' THING ON YOUR HARD DRIVE.

It's going to take a long time. Unless you repeatedly erase the data, it's still there and can be (fairly easily) recovered.
Of course, this assumes you want to reuse the drive. If not then run a 1/4" drill through it.

there are still sectors with tidbits of info. destroy it, burn it in bbq pit, drill holes, corrosive acid
