The surgeon performing the task of getting them out of my mouth (the left molar in the jawbone) failed to remove it after FOUR painful hours of struggle. He put something with eugenol on the wound and left the DEAD tooth in its place, put some stiches and told me to wait at least three weeks before attempting the surgery again. I am not sure he knows what he's doing, and I need a second opinion from a professional dentist.
What's gonna happen with me? Should i leave the molar on its place for good or should I schedule another surgery (with other surgeon, of course) in three weeks?
As for now, the pain is UNBEARABLE and I wanna be numb. Please help me! I need answers. please.

I'd definitely check it with another surgeon.

If you do not feel comfortable with the current doctor I would get a second opinion.

go to the better dentist and maybe sue the first one for malpractice
