What do i do about this guy and my mom?

This guy (a really good friend of mine) really likes me, i can tell, but he is 2 years older then me. I'm 14, he is 16. My mom seems to think that i don't like him at all in that way. She takes it as a joke. What do I do if he asks me out? What do i do about my mom?

First talk with you mom about the whole matter and ask her for help. Then, talk with the guy.I think the solution is easy if you get mom and guy in the same page.Think about it.
