For a long term relationship that could lead to marriage I would suggest the following:
Personnally, even temper
Attractive body meaning not obese
They are caring towards there family, it gives a man an idea that they will be cared for and not used.
They listen even thought guys don't talk a lot
Able to make a commitment in a relationship
Willing to work as a couple
For a one night stand:
It doesn't matter what you look like because beer makes everything beautiful.

I can't speak for all guys, but I prefer a woman with a heart.
Someone who pays attention to me, and others. Someone who speaks her mind, privately of course, so I too am aware of her needs.
Sure, looks are important also but the person is what really matters most. A kind heart is the most valuable asset.

Looks and appearances unfortunately (but honest answer) is primary for guys.
1) Depending on preferences, pretty face, hair, boobs, legs, waists, asses
The secondary criteria (far more important for long term relationships) is personalty and compatibilities of girls.
If you have a guy that is manipulative and evil, your money can be a factor too.

A smile will capture a man's attention. Your personality will keep him interested. When he finds out what is behind the smile, looks are less and less important. Being who you are is critical. Never try to be something you are not. If he doesn't see through it immediately, he will soon and will be disappointed that you misrepresented yourself to him. Be YOU!!

Yeah, there's that whole superficial thing, but other than that: a great SENSE OF HUMOR. Just remember that it's not all about looks, because let's be honest, even the most beautiful flower turns to **** at one point or another.

I personally look for character such as integrity, dignity, gentleness, compassion, etc. but good lookin would be nice.

Someone with some self respect and dignity. If you can't respect yourself how would we expect you to respect us and our relationship? Tight bodies are nice too.
