Looks are the first thing. However, I also go for brains and personality next. Can you actually hold a conversation with that person? Forget the control freak feminists.

Ye if your not good looking then most people dont bother. I know a dozen of really nice girls with great personalitys but its always the really good looking girls with the nasty attitudes which act like bitches ones every one wants.
