The green battery light comes on but the LCD screen doesnt come on please help!!!!!!!!

start with replacing the batteries with fresh batteries. Make sure you read the user guide, then call tech support if it doesn't resolve.

Does it have a feature where it you can set it to look through the view finder? Read your manual, find out if it does and then try pressing that button, you may have the LCD turned off.
If that is not the problem, replace the batteries...and if problem persists check with tech support.
