the sec and demi sec response was good, brut will not be your thing if you want sweet.
Asti is what your looking for, a sparkling wine from italy, anything called asti is going to be sweet, the best I have found is "Mondoro" it blows Martini & Rossi's version out of the water. "Nando" is another commonly available asti and is on par with martini rossi.

Ballatore Asti Spumante is the best sweet champagne ever. If you can't find Ballatore, any Asti Spumante is sweet. I used to be a bartender and many people ordered this for their weddings. I personally prefer dryer, but I guarantee you'll love this one.

Try a demi sec champagne, this will be sweeter than a Brut champagne
