Well, if you are completely clueless, I would honestly start with a trainer. Here's how I did mine though.

Get a few treats (I use hotdogs, the pack is cheap, like $3 for 25 of them)

To teach sit, hold the treats over the dogs head, and say "sit" and move the treat backwards. When he sits (you have to do it WHEN his butt hits the ground, not if he is trying to get back up) give him the treat and praise. Repeat.

Do the same thing for down, but move the treat down to the floor and treat the dog when he is all the way down.

To teach "roll over" I put the dog in a down position, and moved the treat to the side until the dog rolled over and gave him the treat, BUT my dog loves to be on his back, I have yet to teach my Dane Roll over, lol.

I also taught "jump" by saying "jump" and patting my chest, and as soon as my dog jumped up giving him a treat.

The biggest thing is repetitiveness, make sure you work with him EVERYDAY but not for too long!! I will post a video of my dog doing the trick in a few minutes to help you.

Let me know if you need to know any more commands

Take 10 min out a day. Grab a bag of small treats and practice with your dog. Sit is usually first, then look at me, next comes lay, stay, shake, roll over, etc. Get your dogs attention with a treat. Tell him to sit. If he doesn't, lightly push his butt down a little. Praise and give treat. Repeat. Eventually you should have to help less and less. Once the dog does it on its own with a treat start using only praise and not so many treats to reward the dog. Next, look at me. Take a small treat and hold it to your nose while saying look at me. When the dog does give him the treat and praise him with kind words and petting. Repeat. Eventually you should not need the treat to your nose. Lay is easy for some and hard for others. Put your dog in a sit. Then say lay or down (pick one). Tempt the dog's head lower and lower to the ground with a treat until he/she lays down. Reward with treat, praise, and petting. Also, whenever you see your dog laying down say good down or good lay. And praise him. A dog cannot learn roll until they know lay. From a laying position tell your dog to roll over. You may help them to roll over. Then praise and treat. Get the routine?
