I have said it so many times to him that i will change for the better but now, he doesn't believe me and i think we're going to break up. How do i make him believe that i am for real this time? i love him so much and i don't want to lose him. I want to tell him it's my fault. All i'm asking from him is to give me one last chance to prove to him that i am sincere.

Tell him what is in your heart and plead with him to give you the chance to prove yourself. Explain the things you have done that you know have been wrong and hurt him and let him know that you are hurting because of your behavior and want to make up for all the past wrongs. Just explain what happened in the past and take actions. Tell him that you would like to make recommended changes. There may be reasons that you have been that way in the past. Explaining things to him and look forward to the future with him. He can be clear and specific about the changes. Give each other feedback and support. Have faith in each other.

I am sorry, but you will not change. If you could, you would have changed before now. For the sake of both of you, it is best to end this episode of your life and begin anew.
