Yes, Julie, that must be it. I'm stupid. Not the hundreds of theists that say this very thing to atheist countless times a day. Sorry you missed the "irony boat".

It happens all the time, especially in R&S, if I was to ask a Pagan or Wiccan question, I would be inundated with pathetic Christian answers telling me and my fellow Pagans that we are all Satan worshipers and that we are all going to go to Hell...
Which is of-coarse absurd, as we don't believe in the Devil..
Blessed Be... )O(

There is nothing wrong with that, unless of course they go in there strictly to bad-mouth and shove religion down people's throats. I myself am a pantheist. However, I do like to learn as much as I can about other people's religions, whether for debating purposes or just because it's interesting. I can't stand it when people go around saying you MUST believe this or you'll go to HELL! Pffft...get a life. Seriously. This life is not a waiting room for a better existence, go out and LIVE!

SS,
I see nothing wrong with exploring and studying other things. Why would you believe that to be wrong? I am always interested in other's beliefs and opinions. Have a great week.
Thanks,
Eds

My Friend,
I never say "such things" to anyone whether they be atheists, agnostics, muslims, christians, or any other beliefs. I do now understand what you are saying though!

Why do you believe that theists should behave according to your expectations or according to your rules? Isn't that your real complaint against theists.

If that's not your concern, then why all the emotion, why all this anger, why not, who cares?

It seems to me that you are guilty of the same thing that you complain about.

Because I enjoy learning about beliefs different than my own It helps me to understand other people and their views better. Learning is a good thing. Just because my views may differ, that doesn't invalidate the views of others.

To open the mind to new ideas. If you stay secluded, even in your religion, you risk suffering from massive shortsightedness and terminal ignorance---and those are blights upon humanity.

To learn and grow in knowledge, for knowledge is power, and knowledge when put into action binds us all together weather it be good or bad.

Hahahaha!

Raising my coffee mug in salute.

You are correct: if they are not atheist, they should only be allowed in R&S. Well, at least according to the standards some set for atheists.
