I am using baby aspirin, but want to know how long can I keep giving it to my dog. The weather hurts her legs, she is 7 years old, 40lbs.

Despite what people are saying, BABY aspirin is fine. I wouldn't do it any longer than 7 days. I would talk to your vet about getting some vitamins for joint mobility. It seems to help.

Ask your vet, since he was the one that told you to give the aspirin, he is the one that will know how long your dog should be taking it.. Might want to do some testing to make sure that it's not causing other problems.

You should never give your dog human medication without checking with your vet. You should at least call your vet to see what they say.

Never give her ASPRIN. Human medication is TOXIC to dogs, and some human medicantion can result in DEATH.

Please ask the vets first.
