Well, I live in a small town near the states and, here, they haven't remodeled yet but I think the reason they did it was either because the CEO of Wal-mart likes that colour (who knows why) or because he/she thinks that the orange walls will catch the attention of the consumer (ya, right!) My advice - just ignore it. They can do what they want to do -- there's nothing you can do about it.
