seriously its a very difficult question to answer --- we dont know what you are feeling nor the stimulus you have been using --- perhaps change what you have been doing up to now --- anything i could suggest you have probably done already --- dont stress over it do what feels good without hurting yourself or others and enjoy the sensations that you do achieve --- best wishes
