"like in the bible... a bad spirit has possessed me. made me have the attacks? "
The bad spirits you were talking about in the Bible (let's use the story of Legion), he cut himself daily, and broke from chains - yet I don't believe he hurt anyone, he mainly tortured the man he was controling. Now, if you want to believe demons can control you like a puppet (like in the excorcist), then no - you do not have a demon in you, you have an illness and if you were possesed, then it would cause you mental anguish and harm you or others I'm sure.
Now, if you believe demons can influence you and tempt you, and "inflict you" with things (such as being ill in your case), then it could be a demon I guess, but it also in the physical sense is your body misreading what it is doing (I do not know much about epilepsy).
Did you read it wrong....well maybe you just misinterpreted it, do I believe in exorcisms? No, because the Bible doesn't even have them in it - (they are just recited prayers to "caste out the demon"). But I do believe in praying for someone who is being attacked (oppressed) demonically (they suffer from something that is obviously not good, such as randomly being def).
"i dont believe in the bible now coz i didnt do anything bad and it just started by itself?"
Like I said, not ALL illnesses could possibly be demons - I mean we live in a world that is full of flaws, and is dieing, it is an imperfect world, why must it always be something other than just a "glitch" sort-to-speak? ....I'm not really TOO skeptical on things like demons and all, yet I'am on how the church gets its "information" on what they are, I do not ever read on the "spirit of whoredoms" or "spirit of def and dumbness", yet my church claimed they were in there - so it is up to your interpretation on what it is, yet the fact is the same - your some how sick.
I never read that anyone posessed was ever "bad" they were just people, who , for what ever reason had something wrong - Jesus just treated them spiritually and it healed them up ! Just pray, have faith in God working, and just take medicine (if you have any for it), and it might heal - it might not...but have faith :)
The problem isn't your sickness, it is how it is effecting your faith, and WHY you stopped believing - if faith is unseen - then why allow your faith to be ruled by something that IS seen?...stop thinking on your illness, start thinking on God and why you stopped believing so suddenly?

Epilepsy does not = demon possession. In the Bible, the demon caused the attack, but that doesn't mean that all epilepsies are brought on by one. You shouldn't stop believing in the Bible. Epilepsy is a medical problem, not a spiritual one.

Absolutely not...you are not a demon..epilepsy is a sickness just like stress and high blood pressure...its a condition in the brain that most of the time can be helped medication but seizures are usually brought on by something that triggers a short or something like it in the brain. Good luck and don't ever think you are demon possessed because of epilepsy. Please dont stop believing in God because of your sickness just ask him to help you have the strength to handle it.

No,of course you are not a demon it is just another medical condition, remeber,Saul:the persocutor of Christians,on his way to Damascus he was blinded by a bright light, and so on,the bible explains what happened...which can be described today as a type of premature, early stage of EPILEPSY also,God says he will lift our sorrows and wipe the tears from our eye,i am pretty sure epilepsy is a burden.i kmnow a young man who has epilepsy and he is a vey devought christian.Long story short, you are not a demon, you are still God's child!

Good grief NO!
Epilepsy is an illness and has nothing to do with being or not being a demon!!.
Did you know that Julius Caesar and Alexander the Great both had epilepsy.
In ancient times this illness was called the "illness of the Gods".

REligion has NOTHING to do with an illness.
The biblical authors knew nothing about the illness therfore they wrote some ignorant comment, but it is NOT TRUE.

Oh dear. Are you serious? God didn't give you this affliction! You are not being punished! We all have burdens in our lives. Epilipsy is manageable with medication. You will be okay! Don't turn away from the Bible because of this. He loves you!
