Mango salsa!! Wonderful, goes well with everything! My children eat it by the spoonfull!
1/2 mango
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 green chilli
clove of garlic
2 Tomatoes
juice of half a lime
2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp honey

It's the one we make here in Mexico in under 5 minutes. One fresh tomato, 1 onion, 1 green pepper (all finely diced), snuff of salt and a couple of drops of any vegetable oil, called "Salsa Mexicana". The original, no "hanky panky".

the kind that you get at a real mexican restaurant that is made fresh everyday
i don't think any store bought salsa is good, because of all the preservatives and stuff they put into it
(by real mexican restaurants i mean places that don't give you salsa out of packages, and that don't have ground beef in the tacos,
they have to serve Orchata and jamicha)

If I do buy it though I make sure to get a chunky salsa & I like one with black beans as well!
