i told him i like him and he told me th same and then he asked me to teh movies we talk alot but just over the computer and at school....are we going out?!!? please help!!! thatnks

The answer is no.You guys are possibly flirting and trying to sound each other out ;however you are not going out ---yet. You still have a long way to go to get there but take your time.
