The average good person does not deserve an eternity in hell. Some may believe so, by not offense to anyone, they are warped. If that is what you want to believe....then? Choose what to believe. God is just and fair.

I have yet to see any answers from the Christians that even vaguely resembles "justice".

I wasn't the one who ate a fruit I wasn't supposed to. Yet according to the Christian faith, every human being on the planet deserves eternal punishment fot it. And the only way I can escape punishment for somethintg I had nothing to do with is to grovel at the feet of a self-absorbed megalomnaniac for the rest of my life in hopes of a reward I can only collect after I am dead?

Is there a limit to absurdity?

The eternity in hell doctrine is deceptive and doesn't coincide with the loving character of God. But, it doesn't mean that He isn't just and fair. The wicked will be completely destroyed. Sometimes the bad apples need to removed for sake of the good ones.

There is only one way to have eternal life. Being committed to sin is not one of them. Living forever in hell is contradictory to the message of the Bible.

Becasue of the fall of man in Genesis 3, we are all born in a position that is separate from God. The only way to get out deserving eternal suffering in hell is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Compare to God, we all are like filthy rags. Just like if you take a white cloth and put it next to snow, you will see how dingy that cloth is. That is the same way with people compared to God. We all deserve Hell, but because of Jesus and that He died on the cross for our sins, we can escape Hell. All we have to do is believe in Him and accept Him as Lord and Savior.

It makes perfect sense if you take what many Christians say about God loving EVERYBODY, and EVERYONE is God's child, and throw it away. The Bible is not teaching them to say that, they get it from pastors who are so persuaded and poorly taught.

According to the Bible:
1) God is just and fair.

2) There really are no good people.

3) God is acting out of love when He allows some of us people to recognize Him.

4) Those He does not want are never going to get it.

5) He doesn't want most people.

6) Those who He does want get to have a chance at being saved.

7) Us who are saved are not the one's calling God bad names, or blaming Him for everything bad in the world. we tend to love Him back, which is part of what makes us different from most people. It's evidence that we got what it took to recognize Him.

"Good" is not average.

Look what the average Joe does to the environment, for his hungry neighbors, for the starving in Africa, or about the injustice in politics. Is he really in tune with, or even cares about the best for everyone other than himself.

As for "eternity" in "hell," who fed you that?

Belief is a powerful thing. Watch what you believe in.

Because He is just and fair. Besides, we all deserve an eternity in Hell for our sin, but we can be saved by grace, if we have faith in Jesus Christ as our savior.
