Well I would think it depends on the argument, firstly.
And the intellect and education of each person could influence the outcome, again, depending on the topic.

Also, your puzzle is flawed in the following ways, so there's no logical way for me to answer this puzzle:

1) Atheists exist with religion and philosophy. Religion doesn't disappear because we realize it's made up. Plus, there are religions with no deity = some atheist members. Lastly, philosophy has nothing to do with whether or not your are an atheist. Although more atheists I know ARE philosophical.
2) Per your wording: If 2 of your "characters" never lose, than having one winner is impossible, is it not?
3) The Bible never lies IS a lie.
4) Just because a Nihilist doesn't believe in anything, that doesn't mean he/she has nothing to lose.

Exactly, so why debate in the first place. Just let it be. People will never unite. They will learn what fits within them. Debating will not change anyone, it will only part them. The best way for integration, is segregation. At least, that's what it looks like. And basic statements written or said in one sentence will change a person here or there, not books. Simple approach to what has become of human intelligence.

the nihilist wins, because the priest and atheist would fight to their mutual exhaustion.

Define "win." The nihilist could just choke the other two.

Why do you claim that Atheists don't hold any philosophy? Where on Earth did you get that crazy notion?
