The biblical standard is 100% correct - they were stoned to death if that wasn't true.

All the biblical prophets have a 100% rating...........and Edgar Cayce, doesn't - so he can't be from God. How could God be wrong?

While Edgar Cayce was interesting for his time - and still is. Today there is the prophet Billy Meier who updates us about who the prophets were, and why, etc etc.
You have only to read about his involvement with 'The Talmud Jmmanuel' to get some sense of the spiritual side... There are many aspects to this information - there are many video taped lectures which present the material and his background, etc etc.

www.figu.org (English Discussion Forum) Use the search engine, or look up 'The Spiritual Teachings'..
Edgar Cayce was fine for his time...
and for our times... Billy Meier has updated us.

Edgar Cayce wasn't a prophet. He was a psychic. There's a huge difference.

Edgar Cayce was a "healer". If you look up his diagnosis and healings and suggestions, you will find that everything he said turned out to be either a healing substance, or a healing in some other way.

Have any of you that have answered, really looked into and investigated this person, thoroughly. From your answers you are either too fearful to look further than your nose, or you
have made up your mind based on false facts.

I myself have tried many of his suggestions regarding certain herbs and healing properties, and they have worked. For instance, look up Cayenne Pepper on the net, as a wonderful tool for many diseases. Look up Castor Oil, other than the usual use of a laxative.

There have been and will be many people living on this earth that have given us alternative ways to heal out selves, many of them healers themselves, just as Jesus was. When Jesus said

"Physician heal yourself"

What on earth do you think he meant? I interpret this as a guide to opening myself up to all suggestions, not closing myself off from anything other than the religion I belong to.
I prefer not to have a closed mind, and my life is wonderful because of it.

Yeah for Edgar Cayce!!!!!

My grandmother is really into him. From what I've seen/read, he was a dynamo at medical issues but when he started on other stuff, he wasn't always correct. The 'Road to Bimini' was found in '69 but it was found by his 'followers' so that isn't very credible. The chamber that was supposed to hold a bunch of evidence of a previous civilization and was under the Sphinx's' left paw was not found. There was an empty chamber under it's right paw, though.

No,he was very fashionable in bohemian circles until 1968 when his prediction that Atlantis would arise in the vicinity of the Bahamas failed to come true. Today he is kind of a pop-culture artifact of 50's hipsterism. Like Jack Kerouac.

Yes, I've heard of him, and no, he was not a true prophet. He was very similar to Nostradamus. 50-50% chance of getting it right...

the sleeping prophet
Yes, I've heard of him. read a book about him years ago.
His view of psoriasis, seemed to be more of his speculation on the disease, than an insight
