why 30 minutes before, try 10 minutes before and try thinking bout something else like counting, it is a distraction with out loosing focus, then go to www.greenbush.net they have herbs that may help too

I feel ya man I'm the same way with my boyfriend, He looks at me or kisses me and I'm ready to go. And we live together. So I don't know I try to keep my mind on something else and it doesn't work, I've tried pleasing myself and that doesn't work I still want him. I don't know if you get a good answer let me know.
