Your operating system is conflicting with the software. Do the following to resolve this issue:

Log on your computer as the System Administrator. (For help, see your computer User's Guide.)
Right-click the My Computer icon, and select Properties.
Select the Hardware tab.
Click Driver Signing.
Select Warn - Display a message before installing an unsigned file, and then click OK.
Click OK again to return to the desktop.
Install the Kodak software. When the Digital Signature Not Found warning displays, click Approve.

P.S. This is for Windows 2000, though, but I hope you can find the answer there.
Good luck.

No, ME is not supported by Kodak, and Windows Me is no longer supported by Microsoft either. It's also difficult to find ME freeware.

Your aunt should try to buy a new XP PC before they disappear. Vista is not worth the extra money yet.

Try http://www.dell.ca for an inexpensive XP desktop. An OptiPlex 755 Desktop with XP and optional DVD / CD may be all she needs.
