Sure. It can harbor bacteria same as any other cooked food that is left to go to room temperature.

Yes there is a good chance you could get sick. Bacteria loves room temperature. AND my crockpot is no where near being hermetically sealed. It has a lid like any other pot.

If you were in a restaurant and food was served after sitting at room temp for six hours, if the health inspector saw it, you would be fined, red tagged or maybe even closed down

Crock pots are like hermetically sealing something.

You could eat it a month from now.
