Name the top 10 largest navy's in the world? i mean not only in men but in ships and other things show me a source

Naval army might be interpreted as the US Marine Corps and there might be an obscure Naval Infantry which could mean the SEALs.
As for the 10 largest naval forces go to the US Naval Institute(USNI) and the Navy League United States(NLUS)

Navies are measured various ways?
Major Combatants (FFL and larger)
All Combatants
All combatants, and combat support (AO,AE, LHP, LHD, ect..)
All Ships (Combatants, Support, and Auxiliaries)
Now with each of those, they are also broken down by Active in Service; Active in reserve; Inactive Reserve; Mothball, Under Construction.
Depending on which of those you want to use will shift Navies standing as well.
And also commonly used is Gross Tonnage
This also tend to be broken down by the above catagories as well.
So what is your criteria for judgement?
