Men : what if she is older than you?lets say you are 30 and she is 35 then? or will you be going for someone younger?
And ladies what about you? is it ok with you to marry someone who is lets say 5 years younger than you?

Age in this sense really wouldn't matter. Honestly it's all about maturity and how much chemistry you have with the person. My husband is about 3 years younger than i am and i didn't question it one bit when we first started dating. There are some men out there who are anywhere between the 30-40 yr old range and "sometimes" you'll find much more mature men in those that are between 20-30, but yet it all depends. Age is simply nothing but a number, but yet let's not get crazy with it.....

Well... I have a lot of friends that don't like going to far from there age group, esp guys who are young (17-21).
I don't know why but i never dated anybody younger then me, men are immature enough as is, the oldest i ever dated was 6 years older then me. Marrying is a totally different matter, if u truly love someone enough it doesn't matter how old he or she is.

Age difference does not matter very much so long as it is not more then 5-8 years, for both of them.
I think that the man being younger then the woman will only bring good for both of them, she will feel "younger" and he more matured, they can accomplish a wonderful life.

I'm a woman and my husband is 6 years older than me. I find that most older men are more mature and responsible than the younger ones, but of course then theres the 35 year old with no job, etc

up to 5 years older for me, maybe 2 years younger. anything more or less than that would feel awkward to me. I already look young for my age.
But like everyone says, its the person and not their age that is important. I wouldnt give up a perfect guy because he's "too old."

My husband is 6 years older than I am, my sister is married to a man a year younger than she is and my other sister's husband is 5 years younger to her. My father is a day younger to my mother. My older brother is married to a woman 4 years younger to him, and my younger brother's wife is 14 years younger than he is - and it doesn't matter at all. Just as long as your spouse is an adult ;-)
