For me, I interpret it like this(what you do when you barely get with a guy):
1st base = Holding hands and hugging only
2nd base = Kissing/Making out
3rd base = Touching/Feeling
4th base(Home Run) = Having sex

Lol, im not sure about the rules but atleast the last 2 of those bases are way too sexual to just write out here. I dont want to get into that kind of trouble.
Im sure you can guess what a home run is though. ;) And then just logically subtract a few steps to go back through the bases.
Base one would be making out.

Well, it's been a long time but when I was a kid . . .
1st base was kissing and hugging
2nd base was "petting" above the waist.
3rd base was "petting" below the waist
4th base was having intercourse.

I never say bases.... but I was told. 1st base is kissing, 2nd base is anything above the waist, 3rd base is anything below the waist, and Home Run is Penetration.
