GOD speaks to us in many ways. I wouldn't doubt that God does contact us in various scenarios. It is to provide an education to us as "lessons." So yes, Yahoo Answers is a likely venue as anything to dispense God's wisdom to others. All you have to do is to have a good purpose and wish others well. Then you know that GOD is there for you. I'm glad that you understand this.

good question.
i think the probability that anyone online speaks for God is almost absolutely zero.
there are people that think God speaks to them. but many actually get their inspiration from what ever scriptures they read.
there is a distinct difference between inspiration from scriptures and inspiration from the spirit of God. it borders on idolatry.
young christians without experience will not understand this.
what sounds good is not always good
however there are people who have experience and there are people who have favorite teachers. but even these can be misguided through tradition and indoctrination.
south park did a parody on the scientology cult/religion which defines what is wrong with religion.

God is speaking through faithful Christians. but you only know who is telling the truth if you know GOD. because Satan is also on here telling lies through nonbelievers not confusing believers because they know Jesus but they are confusing nonbelievers who may be trying to learn the truth about Jesus.
