it almost sounds like u r talking about a cheese ball spread ..use 2 bars cream cheese
2 packages beef you get in the lunch meat section ..cut beef into small pieces (almost like dicing )
some green onions (optional ) diced small
regular white onions (optional)..diced smal
couple splashes of worchestire sauce
mix altogether (messy with your hands)
round into a ball (some people mix beef into the mixture and then also cover the ball with the meat just depends on preference ...refrigerate about 1 hr to 2hrs it is delicious serve with specialty crackers people love it everytime i make it it's usually one of the first things gone.....oh yeah little rye breads are good for spreading this on too..

My aunt makes a really cool wrap with those those ingredients, she just lets the cream cheese sit out to room temperature spreads some on the corned beef and rolls them up, they are delicious.

Or you can tear the corned beef up into small pieces and mix the two into a balls. You can add nuts or green onions if you would like.

No but try this...

Put a block of Philly cream cheese on a plate. Pour a bottle of Pickapeppa sauce on it. Spread on Ritz.

It's really good and so easy a guy can do it.

make a cheese ball. put a 8 oz. block of cream cheese in a bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of water and stir well. break up your corned beef and add it to the cheese and mix well. add 3/4 cup of any flavor shredded cheese - i recommend the 5 cheese Mexican blend. also add 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon chili powder, 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/8 teaspoon white pepper, a little salt and black pepper. add more water to make the cheese ball softer. serve with water crackers, triscuits,or vegitable blend ritz crackers.

because i do unlike corned pink meat and cabbage and that i do like it in a can. i might think of the canned corned pink meat is what they're speaking approximately. you may wreck it up with a fork surprisingly ordinary and the hand-crafted stuff is like rubber. So I vote for the canned stuff.
