There are a number of ways and reasons why you get canker sores. To understand how to get rid of them you need to understand what causes them. Some people are allergic to gluten, others are intolerant to acid. Some people continue to get canker sore erruptions because of genetic issues, others get them purely from stress. Like I said, identify the reason and you can elliminate them more efficiently. If there is a possible food allergy I recommend keeping a detailed diary of every food and drink you intake for the span of four weeks. Monitor the days when a canker sore popped up and see what foods you were eating that may have caused it. Then you may try eliminating gluten altogether and see if that works. My personal favorite, stress, is the hardest to eliminate. I have four kids, full time job, full time college, and a marriage to run - I know its easier said than done when people say destress yourself, but it really does affect every part of your body, and sometimes in a very negative way. Hope this helps.
