I like to pray mainly upon awaking. But then again when ever I feel it is appropriate. I heard a very successful televangelist
say that he never ever prays more than 20 minutes, but that he rarely ever goes 20 minutes without praying. I'm certainly not that dedicated, yet. But I do feel it is important to set aside some time for worship, thanksgiving, intercession, and Bible study.

I meditate daily but I pray many times throughout the day. Some days it seems like a running prayer. Sometimes I kneel and sometimes I pray while working. I usually say the Rosary during my lunch break. As a nurse I pray for all of my patients. This is part of the reason that I choose to wear a head scarf or other covering fulltime.

I pray on a daily basis, usually before I go to sleep at night, but often I pray in the car when I am alone and need to feel close to God. I pray anywhere and everywhere, regardless of whether it seems an appropriate place or time. It comforts me and I frequently find solutions or at least treatment for the problems I present to God in prayer. I don't ask for or expect great miracles because the things I need are often within my power to change. No skeptics will ever convince me that the quiet time I spend with God is of no miraculous value.

I don't follow a certain pattern as each prayer may be different. I pray whenever I get a chance. I pray on my knees, sitting in my car, while exercising, whenever I get a chance.

I don't have a routine, per se. I pray a lot throughout the day, I pray before I fall asleep every single night, if I go to the church chapel I get on my knee's and bow, and I pray.

I don't have a specific ritual, but I pray everyday. It might be as I am driving to work, it might be for someone I see on the side of the road having car problems or in an accident, or if someone asks me to pray for a specific need.

I pray every night but also throughout the day randomly - even while walking. Praying on your knees and bowing your head is the most humble but God will always listen no matter what my position.

I pray and meditate daily. Usually in the evening just before bed. It helps relax me.

Several times every day when I feel like it. I would say about 15 or 20 times a day. I pray when or where I am, whether in bed or driving down the road. God is there with me so I don't have to contort myself for Him to hear me.

As Catholics we pray on our knees, unless we are too old and/or have a physical problem.
However, we can talk to Jesus in any position.
Pope John Paul II when asked how we should pray, simply said:
"Anytime, anywhere and in any way, pray"
