I don't have rosacea, and the the little red lines aren't from sun damage, they're from scratching at/picking at acne. What are some topical treatments that can diminish them? And yes, I don't pick at the zits anymore-sins of my youth.

pete, there's nothing you can apply to your skin that will minimize these tiny broken blood vessels. A dermatologist can "zap" them to oblivion, but it may take multiple treatments.

You might see a dermatologist and ask about whether there is a laser treatment that might take care of it. A little pricey, but super effective!

would suggest seeing a dermatologist, topical preparations do not work for scarring, and that is basically what you are dealing with.
