i dont think u should leave. that would be kinda shallow.... think about. (u left him because he didn't begin to love you when you wanted him) if he shows u that he at least cares about you....keep him. his love for you should come. just give him a minute.
i dont think u should take it personal...that might be a good thing. if he just said it back to make u happy...it would never work. he'll say it when he means it.....then for u, it'll feel even more good to hear it.

Not everyone falls in love at the same time as the next person ,and just because two people are together dont mean they are meant to be together...there are many things that could make a person in a dating situation wanna take more time to let their feelings grow for that other person in that relationship, past hurt and disapointment is probally the main thing keeping your love one at odds...what you dont wanna do is rush that person ,cause you'll turn that person off,but at the same time you have to be true to yourself and set limits...you have to know what you want first and if that person dont meet the grade then you'll have to move on...and remember your heart comes first....mark shaw ...the p.o.b /vancouver,canada

Don't leave him just yet ask him why he doesn't love you, ask if its because he's not ready to love someone yet if he says yes then tell him to get back at you when he is ready. You both jus need a small break from each other because its not like he said well I don't care because I don't love you. Give him some time to figure out what his future is gonna be like and if he includes you in it. good Luck!!!

People fall in love at different times. Some people take longer to say those words. If he didn't get scared away when you told him how you felt i'm sure he realizes that one day he will love you..
It took me two years to tell my boyfriend i loved him lol funny now that i think about it. He told me he loved me after like 6 months and said "It's okay that you can't tell me you love me. You show me every day that you do. i know you love me so i'm okay with you not telling me"

hmm well it depends on ur age... he may just want to take it slow. Ask him if he will ever love you... and why he doesn't love you. ask him if you are moving to fast for him alothough it's been a year he may be really sensitive and awkward aroumd you. Best of luck, just talk it through with him and if you find out he's is not the rigfht guy for you just move on. I am sure there are tons of fish in the sea that would die to be your bf, jsut reach your hand in the water and grab out a new one. Best of luck! Wow that hurts. The correct action really depends on a few other factors. How old you guys are. You really don't want to go crazy over a guy and your only like 16 you would just be setting yourself up for heart break. I think you need time for yourself. Take a break who knows he might just be into you physically.

Is he treating you like you want to be treated? Does he make you feel special? Men express their feelings very differently from women. Usually it's not as easy for men to express there feelings in words. In the end if your relationship is good right now and you feel it's strong and growing, then give it more time. But if it's reached a stale point and your questioning yourself as to if it's worth it most of the time, then it's probably not, move on.

If you love him stay, he will eventually come around! This same thing happened to me and I really loved the guy so I stuck around and eventually he said it back! We have been together for 9 years!

just because he told you he doesnt love you now
doesnt mean that he will never tell you i love you
but almost a year is a lot
but atleast he cares about you
