My mom is currently undergoing treatment for her multiple myeloma cancer. She had two stem cell transpants last year and eventually went into remission. But this past September, Myeloma was spotted back in 90% of her bone marrow. She has returned to chemo and an aggressive treatment to bring it down.

As a result, she's had several complications that come with the treatments... right now her left arm has swollen up really large because of clotting. Now the doctors are saying they want to administer a streptakinase injection. In order to do such a procedure they have to use a dye-contrast , which we're afraid of using because of my mom's weakened kidneys due to having myeloma. What should we do? It's a tough decision to make... especially after hearing about all the risks. For one, streptakinase is a major blood thinner and the risks include bowel, brain or spinal bleeding, which could lead to a stroke. On top of that, the contrast can cause her weakened kidneys to fail. Help!

Nattokinase is much milder, and can be taken regularly. It is much better than rat poison. the treatments are about as deadly as the cancer. Do your homework, and go to Mexico where at least they don't torture you so badly, and don't charge an arm and a leg. I'm not aware of the need for a contrast dye with the Streptokinase. is it really needed??
