I bumped into this guy I have known since high school at a bar one night (we are both late 20s)... ended up drinking, flirting and making out.

We really clicked. When I said goodbye, he said to me "I'll call you tomorrow, okay?"

I said "oh yea?"

He's like "definitely"

Hasnt called.

Why not?

Although I can not say for sure, it would appear that it is a case of embarrassment. You both bumped into each other at a bar, had a few drinks, flirted, and then wind up sleeping together. This was not a date, was not planned, have not seen each other since high school, and never had a romance. So it might appear weird to call and say what----it was nice seeing you last night, thanks for the sex, I love you and so on. You get my point.Hence , if you can call him , do so and have a nice friendly chat. Who knows, you guys might start a good platonic friendship if not a romance.

how long has it been since you saw him? If it's only been 2-3 days, you might give it another day or so... but if it's over 5 days, then: I'm sorry to say, he is not into you. You both drunk that night... maybe he went home, woke up, but changed his mind... maybe he went out the next night, and met some other girl and said the same thing to and he clicked with her more then you do...

Give it another 1-2 days... but then move on... if he was really interested in you, he would have called... that's how I see it... if a guy likes you, he will let you know... he will make sure, you know and he will call you. We've been all thru this... I would say: NEXT! :)

because he's not concerned with you. I wouldn't even waste my time worrying about a guy like that. I say that because I just went through something similar with a best friend from high school and since we've made out the day before Thanksgiving, he has called twice and was soo monotone that I almost hung up on him. I used to have excellent conversations with him now he is soo distant, guys like that are just lame. Let it go hon.

Where do we start?

1) YOU WERE AT A BAR....Did you think this was going to be romance for the ages?

2) FLIRTING & MAKING OUT....A couple of hours into a conversation hugh? Gee I can't imagine why he wouldn't call?

3) If you're so interested in him and it's OBVIOUS you are, why are you wasting your time writing in here instead of calling him?

how long has it been? if it has only been a couple of days relax. if its been longer, maybe he just felt weird.. yall were drinking.. things are always different the next day. or maybe he thought that u would feel weird since u were drinking when it all happened. why dont u call him? or email him or something. make it casual. dont sound needy.

There maybe a lot of reasons why he didn't call.
Maybe he lost your number?
He could have talked to someone else from school that bad mouthed you?
Maybe he just wanted to have just that with you, a little fling?
If you have his number give him a buzz. You have nothing to loose.
Good luck!

Nothing good comes from a night of drinking. Move on.

To tell you the truth I don't know, sounds like you had a good time though. Just give it time don't seem so desparate to be with him. If he doesn't call you anymore then don't worry, probably wasn't meant to be.

Could have been the alcohol talking. Maybe he has a gf and was just out for the night. You would have to ask him.
